3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS SNORKELING PACKAGE

Day 1: Boat transfer in at 10:00 / 12:30 hours. Check-in at 15:00 hours. Free and easy or snorkeling at the jetty.
Day 2: 3 boat snorkeling around Mabul / Kapalai (08:30/10:30/14:00)
Day 3: Check-out at 10:00 hours. Boat transfer out at 11:00 / 13:30 hours.

5 DAYS 4 NIGHTS DIVING PACKAGE WITH 1 DAY SIPADAN

Day 1: Boat transfer in at 10:00 / 12:30 hours. Check-in at 15:00 hours. Check dive at the house reef.
Day 2-3: Three guided boat dives around Mabul / Kapalai per day (08:30/10:30/14:00)
Day 4: Two boat dives at Sipadan + one boat dive at Mabul
Day 5: Check-out at 10:00 hours. Boat transfer out at 11:00 / 13:30 hours.

Note: No diving on check-out day. To comply with the “no diving 24 hours before flying” rule, please schedule flights departing Tawau after 16:00 hours.

Accommodation & Meals
- Stay in a Luxury Villa or Executive Beach Chalet (twin/triple sharing). All rooms include air-conditioning and a private attached bathroom with hot water.
- Full board meals include three meals daily, light snacks, and unlimited coffee, tea, and cordial juices, excluding carbonated and alcoholic drinks. Meal service may be limited on arrival and departure days
Transfers & Fees
- Scheduled return ground transfer from Tawau airport to Semporna jetty.
- Scheduled return boat transfer from Semporna jetty to Borneo Divers Mabul Resort.
- Includes 8% Sales & Service Tax and Semporna jetty fee.
Sipadan Trip: One- or two-days access to Sipadan (as per package), including all required permit & fees.
Diving Package Includes:
- Three guided boat dives per day excluding arrival and departure days.
- Unlimited unguided House Reef dives from jetty.
- Tanks, weights, and weight belt provided.
- Night dive (For AOW certified and above) can be performed at our house reef with own dive buddy. Divers must exit by 19:30 hours, as dinner service ends at 21:00 hours.
- Diving schedule:
  - Mabul / Kapalai: 08:30/10:30/14:00 hours
  - Sipadan: 06:00-13:00 hours (2 boat dives at Sipadan + 1 boat dive at Mabul)
    No boat dives on arrival day; no diving on departure day.
Snorkeling Package Includes
- Three guided boat snorkeling sessions per day excluding arrival and departure days.
- Unlimited unguided House Reef snorkeling from jetty.
- Complimentary life jackets provided.
- Snorkeling schedule:
  - Mabul / Kapalai: 08:30/10:30/14:00 hours
  - Sipadan: 06:00-13:00 hours (2 boat dives at Sipadan + 1 boat dive at Mabul)
    No boat snorkeling on arrival day and on departure day.

2026 SEASONAL RATE PERIODS

Peak Season Dates: Bookings for the following dates will be charged the corresponding Peak rates.

10 February – 24 February
1 April – 7 May
13 July – 22 August
28 September – 7 October

Off-Peak Season Dates:

All other 2026 dates, not listed above, will be charged the Off-Peak rates.

SINGLE TRAVELER POLICY
Package rates are based on a minimum of 2 guests per room. Solo travelers will be charged a 40% single supplement surcharge and must adhere to scheduled group land and boat transfers.

CHILD POLICY (must share room with 2 adults)

Children aged from 3 to 11 years: 50% of the non-Sipadan snorkeling package.
Children aged 2 years and below: Free of charge (jetty fee applicable).
Children under 12 years old visiting Sipadan are subject to the standard adult package rate.
Child rates do not apply for Sipadan visits.

The Malaysian Tourism and Culture Ministry will establish a Malaysian Tourism Tax beginning September 1, 2017. (TTX). Foreign visitors will be charged a fixed cost of MYR 10 per room per night, regardless of the hotel’s star rating. The TTx must be paid at the time of check-in. Malaysians or permanent residents living in Malaysia are exempt from TTx, but must provide a valid identity card upon check-in to qualify.
